By registering, you confirm that you are of sound mind and are not acting under duress or in breach of any applicable court order that would prevent you from entering into a legally binding agreement.
You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information at the time of registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, active mobile phone number, and a valid email address. Providing false or misleading registration information is a breach of these Terms.
ac3655 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including during registration, before processing a withdrawal, or in response to a security review. Acceptable verification documents may include a National ID Card (NID), passport, or other government-issued photo identification. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTP) received via SMS. You must not disclose these credentials to any third party. If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact the ac3655 support team immediately via live chat or by emailing [email protected].
An Account that has had no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months shall be deemed inactive. ac3655 may apply a monthly administrative fee to inactive Accounts as disclosed in our current fee schedule. ac3655 will make reasonable efforts to notify you before any fee is applied.
ac3655 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are denominated in BDT. ac3655 does not accept cryptocurrency deposits at this time.
Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method. The minimum deposit via bKash and Nagad is ৳200 per transaction. Maximum deposit limits per transaction and per day are detailed within the cashier section of your Account dashboard and may be subject to change.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, subject to verification. ac3655 aims to process verified withdrawal requests within the timeframe stated in the cashier section. ac3655 reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal.
Withdrawals may only be made from your real-money Balance. Bonus Funds must satisfy the applicable Wagering Requirement before they or associated winnings may be withdrawn. Withdrawals may be delayed or declined if outstanding security or identity verification reviews are pending.
You are solely responsible for determining and paying any taxes applicable to your winnings under the laws of Bangladesh. ac3655 does not deduct tax at source and makes no representations regarding your personal tax obligations.
From time to time, ac3655 may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to eligible players. All promotional offers are subject to specific terms that will be communicated at the point of offer, including the applicable Wagering Requirement, eligible games, minimum odds, time limits, and maximum withdrawal caps.
Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion's terms, Bonus Funds must be wagered a minimum number of times before any winnings derived from those funds become withdrawable. Specific wagering multipliers are stated per promotion. Bets placed on certain low-margin markets or game categories may not contribute fully — or at all — towards Wagering Requirements.
ac3655 monitors betting patterns to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing low-risk hedging bets to satisfy Wagering Requirements, systematic exploitation of free bet structures, and coordinated use of multiple Accounts to claim a single offer multiple times. Any Account found to be engaged in bonus abuse may have its Bonus Funds and associated winnings forfeited and its Account suspended.
ac3655 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a promotion is withdrawn after a player has already opted in, ac3655 will use reasonable endeavours to honour the offer to that player in its original form.
All sports bets placed on the ac3655 Platform are subject to the sporting rules applicable to each individual market. Pre-match odds are subject to change until the market closes. In-play odds fluctuate in real time and the odds displayed at the moment a bet is confirmed shall be the final accepted odds, subject to any obvious pricing error as described below.
ac3655 reserves the right to void any bet accepted as a result of an obvious pricing error — including, but not limited to, odds that are materially inconsistent with fair market values at the time of acceptance. In such cases, the stake will be refunded to your Account.
All casino games available on the ac3655 Platform — including slots, live dealer games, and crash games — use certified random number generators (RNG) or live-streaming technology provided by licensed third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe. Bets are settled in accordance with the official result as confirmed by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC, BPL, IPL). In the event of a dispute, ac3655's decision regarding the final settlement of any bet shall be final, subject to the formal dispute resolution process described in Section 11.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ac3655 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including any loss of funds resulting from unauthorised Account access where you have failed to maintain the security of your credentials.
If you have a complaint regarding the settlement of a bet or any other aspect of your Account, you must submit your complaint to the ac3655 support team at [email protected] within thirty (30) days of the event giving rise to the complaint. We will endeavour to respond to all complaints within five (5) business days. ac3655's decision on all disputes shall be final.
ac3655 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. ac3655 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will notify registered players via email or through an on-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through ac3655's internal dispute resolution process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts.
The English language version of these Terms shall be the governing version in all circumstances. Any translation provided is for convenience only and shall not be relied upon in the interpretation or enforcement of these Terms.
